All Land Warfare Resources Corp. products are warranted to be free from defect I material and workmanship. Land Warfare Resources Corp. as provided below, will remedy any such defect of which Land Warfare Resources Corp. is given written notice. Warranty claims (In writing) and the product concerned should be directed (transportation charges prepaid), to the Warranty Service Department, Land Warfare Resource Corp. 7200 Fullerton Rd - Suite G, Springfield VA 22150. Warranty claims should state the model and serial number (if appropriate) of the product concerned, a description of the difficulty experienced, and the data of purchase. It is recommended that owner insure shipment, since Land Warfare Resource Corp., will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Land Warfare Resource Corp., will pay transportation and insurance charges for return to owner if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work.

Under no circumstances shall Land Warfare Resource Corp. be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic less or injury to property, whether as a result of breach of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Land Warfare Resources Corp. will not be responsible for the results of careless handling; unauthorized adjustments; defective, low quality, reloaded or improper ammunition; corrosion; neglect; ordinary wear and tear; or unreasonable use. Land Warfare Resources Corp. will have sole discretion in determining what constitutes a proper claim. Furthermore, the liability of Land Warfare Resources Corp. under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to replace or repair the product and to pay the related transportation charge to the facility of Land Warfare Resources Corp.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Exchange: Land Warfare Resources Corp. has a “no questions asked” exchange policy. Should the item you order not be to your expectations please return the item (unused) with an invoice copy within 30 days. Land Warfare Resources Corp. will do everything possible to speed your exchange. No refunds are allowed after 15 days of invoice date. The Restocking Charge is 20%.
